The room was unacceptable to stay for 3 nights. Dirty Sheets, dirty Towels, no cups, no tissue, the smoke alarm was pulled from the wall. We paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1. Checked out after a sleepless night. And NO REFUND on the stay. Booked thru Hotels.com. They contacted the Hotel - NO RESPONSE. ...
