"The room was absolutely disgusting, dirt and grime everywhere the floors were sticky and behind the bed was filthy with grey stuff, the air conditioner was peeling and falling apart, we had to carry our 75 lb bags up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was down. There were people doing drugs and being sketchy and to top it off the manager was so extremely rude. I will never be coming here again. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights and got out the next morning because of how bad it was annd how unsafe it we felt. Also the bed was so uncomfortable sleeping on the floor would’ve been better. There were no blankets just sheets. And the door didn’t latch all the way, we had a hard time opening it and a very hard time getting it to close and lock. We spent about 25 minutes trying to open the door, and the manager was so rude and nasty. Do not book with the motel!! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel."

"Everything from communication with our host to check-in was amazing! Susan shared lots of recommendations for the week we were there. Our stay was fantastic and we had everything we needed in a great location. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space. The big couch in the living room was very comfy and having access to paid streaming services was a really nice added benefit. I would highly recommend staying here for quick and easy access to JTNP. If you are able, check out a tour of Keys Ranch via the National Park service. We also attended an astronomy program at Sky's the Limit observatory. Sky watching there and really anywhere in the park is top notch. The park has lots of great hikes and after long days of trails and bouldering, the cabin was great to come home to. "

"Stayed for 4 days over spring break with 2 teenage boys. The pool was too chilly for swimming, but the spa & grounds were amazing. The boys loved scrambling the rocks & exploring the property. The spa & fire pit were great nighttime activities under the desert stars. The home is clean & well stocked. The owner is very responsive. Location was great. 100% would recommend. "
