“Breakfast was a joke not even enough food for everyone coffee tasted like boiled dirt all the had were bagels cereal that were not restocked as 7-10am went on so if you get breakfast at 9 you barely got any food.Forgot prescription glasses in the room called them. the staff which sounded like a woman pretended not to hear me hung up on me. called again staff didn’t look for the glasses just said they weren’t there when we knew for sure they were so we lost $400 glasses cause they were too lazy……

“I had to change rooms 3 times. First room felt very unsafe. Second room smelled like mildew and the ac was leaking on the carpet floor. The third room had so much rust in the shower, dirty carpet and stains all over the couch and floor.”
