The lower level of the home consists of an open plan large living space with separate airconditioned dining, living and seating areas, large kitchen and butler"s pantry. Large sliding doors and windows overlook the covered entertaining and outdoor area, with dining, BBQ and sun loungers, the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. \* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: \* Linen is supplied at this property. Bring your own beach towels. \*A basic starter pack (toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc.) is provided for your initial needs, but for longer stays, additional supplies are recommended. There is space aplenty in the master bedroom situated at the waterfront side of the property, also offering water views. Equipped with king size bed, walk in robe, and a very sizeable ensuite with spa bath featuring a cut out opening into the bedroom. Second bedroom with two king single beds, a study, which includes your WIFI point, laundry with external exit to the yard. Ascend the sweeping dual staircase to the upper level to utilize the third bedroom with queen sized bed, fourth bedroom with two king single beds, and an additional lounge and balcony area. If you are a large family or couples travelling together, a second living space is the key to quiet enjoyment.
