“We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. “Our three week stay was great. The location of the unit was great with easy access to most things. The reason for a three star rating is the unit was not clean, just superfically clean. The fans and AC vents have not been cleaned in months. The window sills and windows very dirty. The kitchen cabinents were full of grease and were never cleaned from the last guest. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms.
