“Room smelled like moldy air, dirty window sills, and walls, bed nice shower head nice, toilet seat fell off first time using toilet, ddint havs a crib for baby even though it said it did when booking, the pool was supposed to be open and clean and it wasnt, he said it hadnt been cleaned in months. And no breakfast. Had sign for only coffee which was not what was supposed, id like a refund”

“The towels had dye stains on them . The room smelled bad , the suite I booked was out of air so they gave me two rooms instead .the ice machine didn’t work nor did the room phones so I would recommend you to have your phone . Breakfast was very displeasing. One of the entrance was broken the had to put something in the door to keep it open ! So awful I was very disappointed an they refuse to refund me ”

“When I lived here I was bitten by a worm, and my back and arms were bitten”

“The room itself was comfortable and clean. However, the bathroom was a disgrace. The glazing on the porcelain tub was cracked and peeling, and completely discolored. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was scary looking. I should have taken pictures! Breakfast: the butter and sour cream were locked-up, and there was no one in sight to ask for the refrigerator to be unlocked. There was a doorbell at the front desk that said "ring for service". I rang it twice, and no one ever came.”
