"This property is a hidden gem! It was beautifully appointed and Jim was a fantastic host--very communicative, responsive, and generous. This property is close enough to Seaside to take advantage of the restaurants and activities but away from the noise, crowds, and chaos. It was the perfect hideaway for a beach vacation. Highly recommend!!"

"We loved our time at this property. It definitely has a Cali vibe and is well appointed and maintained. We had a car but you don’t need one. Seaside and Watercolor are a quick walk or bike ride from this spot. It’s easy to walk to Seagrove Market, the beach and Watercolor shopping center. The property has everything you need before you head out on your way!"

"Convenient location with parking. Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable bed. Nice to have access to bikes and beach chairs. If planning to use the Wi-Fi, be aware it is not reliable and is weak, especially in the evening. Lea indicated she pays extra to boost the Wi-Fi and that it doesn’t work well when the town is full with visitors."

"very small, but it worked. The parking is a little tricky as it is difficult to get your car in without hitting the post. bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of white fluffy towels. SUPER close to walk to the beach!"

"Very limited outside appeal. Maybe a nicer picnic/ grilling area, Also would benefit from a full length mirror in the unit; Besides that everything was excellent! Very nice quiet room with everything that you needed and a great AC unit. I would definitely come again."
