"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a one week stay - in-room heater/air conditioner that’s quiet, a comfortable bed, desk, TV, comfortable chair for relaxing. refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, grab bar in the tub/shower, good quality toiletries and towels. There’s a good variety of items for breakfast. It’s an excellent value and my favorite place to stay when I visit relatives in Independence OH. "
