"It’s fine. There is no elevator in the building, the rooms are dated and a bit run down (it’s a very old building). The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nothing specific to complain about, but nothing special either."

"The property was going through some renovations and our room had air conditioning issue, I mean it’s not working but we were mostly outside and the staff provided some portable room fans for us and due to the situation they waved off our parking cost and provided us free breakfast during our day of checkout ….over all it’s a decent stay and I understand that things sometimes doesn’t work the way we expect but the staff made us feel comfortable and we felt good."

"Excellent location for exploring Gananoque . Very good service. We enjoyed the entertainment at the pub. Unique inn but our Loft room was a bit tired and could use updating. Very roomy though. Quite warm as it’s on the 3rd floor ( there are room ACs but still felt quite warm) . Excellent breakfast. "

"This property was extremely nice - exactly as depicted. Also the uniqueness of a converted church was really memorable. The room was well-appointed with everything you need. I was a little concerned about the unmanned status of the property but it wasn’t an issue at all. One block from the Main Street. My only feedback to them would be the room was really cold (drastically over air conditioned) and because we only stayed one night and all the walls are stone and the floor concrete by the time...
