“This was my second time staying here and still such an amazing time! So many sleeping spaces and an air mattress available if needed. Host is incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Such a perfect place to get friends together :) Will definitely be coming back in the summer for the hot tub & pool!”

“We had a wonderful stay in June. Mary was communicative and kind - offering a toddler bed for my 4 year old (which is listed in his favorite parts about our trip) and being flexible when our flight was delayed. You can tell it's a well cared for home and the neighborhood was lovely for early summer walks in addition to being convenient to getting anywhere we wanted to go. We would be happy to stay again on future visits.”

“We were in town for a wedding. Our hosts answered all our questions promptly. The location is super convenient to the shops on Main St. We walked everywhere. The bed was super comfortable!”

“We were in East Aurora for just 2 days, so we were looking for a nice place to stay that was reasonably priced. This property fit perfectly. We stayed in room C, which definitely has a great "man cave" feel. Great, comfortable couch and beds. It also has an amazing sun room with a dark rustic feel. Host was very nice and responded to questions quickly. Definitely recommend this property!”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!! I cannot believe that Expedia even lists this property! The pictures on the posting looked nice. Reality was the exact opposite. The exterior was filthy from the parking lot into the building. Trash was all over and I have never seen so many cigarette butts. The most were right in front of the No Smoking sign by the front door. Additionally, all the landscaping around the curbs was totally overgrown with weeds (as high as 3 ft). Amazingly, I did not see any rodents……

“We did not use the laundry service. Shopping was great. My daughter has been a big Bills fan since her college years. She’s 55 now and being in that house and sharing the experience with her 16 year old son and Mom was a joy! I haven’t seen her this excited in a very long time.”
