I’m a finicky sleeper , especially when traveling but I had the best night sleep in the last month here. The service is top notch. “I had an early flight into the city and even though check in time was 3PM they worked to get me in much earlier. It was much appreciated since I was traveling with my dog. I see a lot of complaints about the room size yet the hotel lists the square footage. The rooms are small but nice. I did opt to upgrade to the suite for part of my stay and it didn’t disappoint. Only feedback I’d give is the rooms could use full length mirrors and grab and go breakfast options (fruit, pastries) for those that……

“If you’ve stayed at a Motel One in Europe before, then you know not to expect too much in terms of amenities. However, the room had everything we needed: a small fridge, iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable and the room was bigger than expected; we were able to fit two large suitcases. Staff were very friendly and the location is great for transport, particularly if you’re planning on using the ferries. All in all a good experience.”

“Room is a bit small but pretty cozy, the only thing is that my room is on 2nd floor so the outside noises is very loud, you can just hear cars or truck driving by.”

“From the moment I checked in to the time I left the hotel, I had a wonderfully experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that enough. My room was lovely and it was cleaned every day. I had a beautiful view. I never once heard my neighbors. I got great sleep and was able to walk to work. The Path station is about a block and half away and I could easily get into the city. Grove St. is also walkable and has many dining options. There is a mall nearby that has food options,……
