Tidal Disappointment
When we got there we were greeted with a bucket of stagnant water, which is great for mosquitoes, not so much for people. The dead bolt on the side door didn't latch. The carpet in the kitchen looked like it had melted to the floor. There was no ice, nor icemaker in the fridge. There were only two teaspoons in the drawer. You can forget about cooking or even having a meal in the kitchen because the pans were all horribly ruined and there were no bowls. Also no glasses and only four plastic cups. The toaster worked only in the one outlet by the microwave which is only big enough for a dorm room.
One bed is so low it appeared to be on the floor, not a bed frame. It is debatable whether the sheets or towels were clean. There was no soap for the sinks or showers and no hand towels.
Overall, it was a disappointment for our family because we enjoy cooking and eating and playing games together at the beach.
