“WARNING:DO NOT BOOK A STAY AT THIS LISTING UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH A HOUSE THAT REEKS OF CIGARETTE SMOKE! We walked & were immediately greeted by the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke. With my wife's allergies, we could not stay & had to book a hotel room elsewhere, that cost us a lot more money & was further from Lucas Oil Stadium, where we were attending the Final Four, which was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. The host was very uncooperative & would not refund us any of our money……

“The property was decidedly tacky, clean but tacky. The decor is 1950s. The exterior was under construction ( not when we were there , but ding off and so on) . Narrow back entryway up stairs . There was one double bed with the worst mattress I ever slept on. GET A NEW MATTRESS OWNER, Dave. The boys (6' 2" and 6'7") had day beds and bunkbeds and had too squeeze in Thank for the frozen pizza Dave-- it is sill in the freezer. Did not use Maxwell house bagged coffee either The shower was……

“This house was perfect for our whirlwind "thrift trip". It is close to the stores we wanted to visit and close to town. The beds were SO cozy, the living spaces were SO cozy and since it was cold, the backyard space was good for a few minutes of picture taking to remember the trip. THANK YOU so much!”

“Clean place. Just wished the property has kleenex throughout the house. We had to use toilet paper or paper towel instead of kleenex”

“The place was easy to get into, it was clean, and had plenty of everything we needed!”

“Nice place. Everything located just blocks away. Host was extremely attentive to needs and questions. Very nice neighbors offered assistance if we needed anything (one of us still recovering from a broken leg). Lots of extra touches like water and snacks, lots of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Quick to respond about a minor leak at kitchen faucet. Only suggestion we had was that all of the beds are that soft memory foam mattresses. Would be nice if one of the bedrooms would have had or……

“The house was beautiful overall. However, there were a few issues. Both rooms smelled like animal urine, and the carpet looked like it needed cleaning. This, combined with my allergies, made it difficult to sleep. The bed was also dirty When I first walked in, the house smelled like an animal had just left. Despite these problems, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors didn’t bother us. The host was also helpful.”
