“Nuestra casita en la esquina”

"Nuestra casita en la esquina" fue construida en 1954. Lo remodelamos totalmente esta primavera para alquileres a corto plazo. El piso de arriba es ahora una suite principal y dos dormitorios están en el primer piso. No te decepcionará el estilo y la decoración. Todo es nuevo, pero los pisos de madera renovados. Si viaja por el condado de Gallia para una boda, reunión, fiesta o simplemente de vacaciones, disfrutará de nuestra casa. Ninguna otra persona compartirá la casa con usted. El restaurante Bob Evans Farm, la bodega Merry Family, el GreenValley Gathering Place están a solo unos minutos. El centro de Gallipolis también está a un corto trayecto en coche.

La tarifa diaria es para dos adultos y cada adulto adicional es de 25. 00 por noche. No hay cargo para niños menores de 16 años. Hay una pequeña tarifa de limpieza por única vez de 35. 00 para la planta baja y un adicional de 20. 00 si se usa también arriba. Esto también es un cargo único.

Nice and quiet!
My band played at Rio Grande University and we rented this house so we didn’t have to drive back to Columbus that night. The house was clean and well appropriated with everything one would need including extra tooth brushes in case you forgot one. Highly recommend

Would stay here again
We enjoyed our overnight stay at “Our Little House on the Corner.” We were in town for one night to attend a wedding, and the house had everything we (5 of us) needed. Beds were comfortable, communication with owner was exceptional, and ease of checking in and checking out was excellent. Highly recommend.

Much like home
We chose this VRBO because it was the perfect location for this trip. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms it fit the bill. One of those places that look small on the outside but plenty of room inside. We were in need of nothing. We all agree we will come back.

Just what we needed
Nice space with plenty of room to spread out. Close to Twinkleberries Cafe which has an amazing breakfast. There is road noise but they do provide fans that help.

Everything happens for a reason.
We were actually in the Little Retro House in town in Gallipolis instead of the Little house on the corner due to a circumstance so I can only speak to the Little Retro House. It was an amazing little house. It was very comfortable and easy walking to the town park and little town area and we ended up right next door to family that was in town for the family funeral we came for so that was a nice unexpected bonus. We would absolutely stay here again! The host is very responsive and easy to work with. I hope you all enjoy!

Mothman visit with teens
This was a great house for my teenage daughter and her friend. The two girls got their own rooms on the main floor and would hang out in the living room. I took the spacious upstairs bedroom, with a TV and bathroom. The girls liked having their own space to hang out. This house worked great for us. It was near Point Pleasant for our Mothman visit. Both teens want to go back next year.

Perfect Location
This was such a great location for our stay as our daughter graduated from the University of Rio Grande. And was soo close to Gallipolis area and we will definitely come back to the area and hope to stay at this property or another one of Beth’s homes! She was so prompt to respond and answer questions as needed. As well as being very thorough in her explanation and expectations of the stay!

A Dream Come True
For nearly 20 years my aunts and I have wanted to attend the Bob Evans Farm Festival and we were finally able to do so this year. We managed to get very lucky and found this lovely little house in the country which made our dream trip perfect! This was a charming little home full of character set in the beautiful countryside. We absolutely loved the cattle farm just down the road! Our check in and check out process was so simple and at any point we had a question, we knew we would get a response back very quickly. We absolutely loved our stay! It really made our dreams come true!

Lovely As Usual
This was a repeat visit for us but this time we had our daughter, son in law and 2 grandkids with us to visit our son and daughter in law who live in Cheshire. Plenty of room for all of us. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Beth is a lovely host.
