"We loved our stay at the carriage house. Brittany and her husband were awesome hosts and went the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of during our stay. The carriage house was cozy and had everything we needed. A fabulous home base for any trip. "
"My partner and I spent a week in this lovely rental. It was extremely clean and neat and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was particularly helpful and the beds were extremely comfortable to sleep in.The owner is very attentive to communications and helped us several times with quick response times.The one negative aspect of the unit that older travelers need to consider is the fact that the two bedrooms are upstairs while the (nice) bathroom is downstairs and that the staircase is steep with narrow steps. My husband is 78 and had to be extra careful while navigating the staircase in the middle of the night. It's still doable but guests just need to be mindful when walking down the steps.The location was great: easy on/off to freeway, 10 minutes drive to convention center. Plenty of free parking out front and in the back of the property which is in a residential neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Detroit."
