“Nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Lovely view. Could have used a fan in the bedroom as it was a bit warm, but we got by!”

“This is a very clean, cozy space! Great view of the ocean too. The dog was happy, only we had to walk him down the stairs in order to relieve himself. He is almost 14, and it is getting harder for him to climb stairs. Not a problem for young dogs! Thank you for a lovely stay, Diana! We would rent from you again for sure!”

“The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). “This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals.
