Comfy Condo

This is a safe, peaceful, quiet, relaxing space and location that is family friendly. This space is centrally located between downtown, the South Holston river and the Bristol Motor Speedway.
*6 miles to the Bristol casino
*4 miles to the South Holston River
*9 miles to the Bristol Motor Speedway
*2.8 miles to downtown State St. dining and night life.

Easy parking in the street located in the front of the condo or under the deck located on the backside of the condo. The rooms are open and comfortable with a smart HDTV in the main bedroom. There is another smarr HDTV in the living room area. Netflix and WIFI are easily accessible through the condo.
The top 2 floors are open to guests and they will not be sharing any space with other people.

Bristol Weekend

The property was clean and as advertised. Very comfortable stay and the neighborhood was quiet. Parking was a little tight, especially if there was more than one car. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Quick trip

Really enjoyed our stay here. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again when coming back to the area. We came down from Pa to Bristol for the Mac Mc Anally show at the paramount so only stayed one night. Condo is just as described...comfy!!

It’s Bristol Baby!

We were in town for the Bristol NHRA race and the condo was absolutely perfect for us. It was a quiet neighborhood and friendly people. This was my first time in Bristol and we will definitely be back and book with Caitlyn again. The condo was clean, nicely located, and everything was as advertised.

Property was clean and as described. Could use a few coffee cups, condiments (salt & pepper), frying pan, and toilet paper. The unit was relatively quiet in a nice neighborhood. This was good for us as it was near family and the city.

Spacious and Comfy Condo!

Plenty of space! Nice lighting options in living + kitchen (dimmers) and bathrooms (low light option) - All much appreciated! Beds were pretty comfy: 4 out of 5*. Large kitchen + nice table; also lots of seating in living room. Appreciated having mirrors in the bedroom too. Nice deck, though we didn't to enjoy it due to our schedule. Bathrooms were clean and washer/dryer available. We'll be seeking this one out again!
