“Check in was easy and staff was polite. Noisy at night and early in the morning. No batteries in smoke detector.”

“Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room.”

“I liked the size of the fridge( not just a small, " under the counter" type.) The counter & kitchen sink were a nice surprise.”

“THE HOTEL WAS GOING UNDER RENOVATION. WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS ONCE, ICE MACHINE DID NOT WORK AND WAS ONLY ONE AND IT WAS ON MAIN FLOOR. ELEVATOR QUIT FIST NIGHT WAS NOT YET REPAIRED WHEN WE LEFT. NO MAINTENANCE PERSON ON SITE OR AVAILABLE. SEEN VERY CRIPPLED PEOPLE HAVING TO USE STAIRS”

“We were not told, but they only clean the rooms every other day. Property is currently very clean, but you can see on going maintenance may be lacking: weeds in rock beds, thresh hold to our room loose and trip hazard, walkway light at back entrance appears to have been run into and was not standing straight, lower entrance on northend of building does not close securely by itself, which is a safety hazard.”
