I loved staying with Beach Kin Ha it felt super safe the workers were super welcoming everyone was very nice the hotel was very clean and very beautiful I even got some instagram photos from my balcony we were celebrating our anniversary and they made us the cutest swan detail on our bed upgraded our room! I loved everything about the stay and are definitely pick beach kin ha when we return to Cancun again!

Great location. Great beach. Old style buildings, but comfortable rooms. Buts: They charge a lot for a third person in the room. 80USD surplus out of a 120USD for the room. Having air conditioning in public areas such as lobby, corridors and living rooms in lobby building would be great: if you want to stay in an air conditioned space while in the property, there is no other place than yuour own room

Overall I like this property: the room was a little outdated and very simple, but clean. I like the breakfast it was delicious and they changed the menu every day.The location was very convenient.The only big disappointment was the ocean, which was full of sargasso this time.

This spot was amazing location wise, just steps away from a corner store with anything you need, a gas station, and many restaurants. The staff was so attentive from the moment we passed through security. If you are traveling alone or are worried about safety I highly recommend this place, they take security very serious and have staff at the front desk 24/7. We arrived before check in time but they were able to get us registered right away to make the process faster at check out time and we were able to leave our bags with them until we were checked in. The pool is amazing, and even better was having the beach just steps away. The beach was 100% clean with no sargassum either!! Which was amazing because we went to other private beaches in other hotels and there was a lot of sargassum there.

We love Beachscape. This was our fourth time to stay here over the years. It is always clean and the staff are so friendly. The food and drinks at the beach are delicious and not overpriced to gouge guests. The rooms are spacious. There is always hot water. We couldn’t think more highly of this place
