Cancun bay is a great family vacation resort. The staff entertainment was awesome. The kids had group activities hour to hour all day. The buffet had many choices and delicious. The night entertainment was a pleasure.

The property is not what it looks like on Expedia in pictures. The smells in the room. The bathrooms were dirty the toilet seat the room smells disgusting. The beach was in a beach. We were in the end of the beach. Food was not good. Had to go off of the resort to eat Some snaps were not nice some staff or nice that is all included with this property that we stayed on

Hotel staff was friendly, the bar only stays open until 11pm. Pool bar does not open until. 11 am. All inclusive food was limited to buffet style which was not that great and pool bar restaurant from 12 pm to 5 pm. If you want to participate in the dinner special reservations are required and cost extra. Family and other guest were sick with gastro issues the last part of the week. Beds are hard and had to lay on additional pillows for comfort.

The Cancun Bay resort hotel, is very nice place to stayed with our families, I stayed 6 days each day was something new to learn they have different events in the pool areas. first the main check in office staff are not very friendly but the rest of the staff were very nice I would totally recommend Cancun Bay to friends and family.

Had a hard time with the worker we asked him the first day we got there what time they closed the restaurant near the pool and he said 5 and it was people going inside the restaurant 4:45 when we asked him so minutes later we saw him passing fries and burguers and he did not offer us and that’s exactly what we wanted for our children because that’s what they eat and that night the kids went to sleep with no dinner that was the first day at the hotel, after that that person name Carlos did not talk to us or offer us anything and was ignoring us completely everybody else was nice except him
