“This is exactly what you want in a guesthouse in a tiny village. By far the best place we stayed at in Scotland with amazing staff, beautiful decor, and absolutely amazing food! Do not skip the restaurant! Cannot recommend the Bankfoot Inn enough!”
“This a lovely welcoming home in a beautiful natural rural location. The bedroom (and the whole house) was very comfortable with antique furniture and a nice collection of antique nick nacks and art. The mattress on our bed was on the firm side which may not suit everybody. All in all it was a very nice change from the usual utilitarian spaces.
The owner is very thoughtful and responsive, and the breakfast choices were healthy fresh and delicious.”
“A quirky old hotel with large classic rooms with high ornate ceilings, dog friendly and next to river and town centre square with shops n eateries galore, we had a fabulous time for 3 nights, will stay again in the future”
“What to say?
If you are on holiday in the area, this accommodation is highly recommended. The rooms and the building are beautifully decorated. Breakfast is super delicious and the owners are excellent. They take care of everything and also give great tips for the region.”
