“Great apartment, beautifully decorated and well stocked (tp coffee!! :)). The property is well representwd in the photos. Property is well lit at night, but we did not feel 100% comfortable walking in the surrounding neighborhood.”

“My sister and I visit New Orleans every few years or so for 3-4 weeks at a time. This was the best budget friendly location we have found so far in the sense that the neighborhood feels quiet and safe, and the neighbors were friendly and pleasant. It was a short walk to the river which we absolutely loved! We had a rental car, so every place we went was an easy 20-minute drive. It was so nice to stay on the outskirts where parking was not an issue and we could get away from all the city……

“Check in was kind of crazy, my lil brother went in the wrong entrance and walk in someone else’s room. It’s two of the same houses but different addresses, same codes on both houses. Guy came out with a knife, which I thought was funny, but we got it straight. House is clean and location is 10 minutes away from everything. My family wants to return next year for Marti Gras. I hope it’s available. I recommend this property to everyone. ”

“This property more than matched it's online photos, but in person, the esthetics, the cleanliness, and ambiance of the New Orleans made this property absolutely luxurious. We frequent NOLA a lot and this host has gained a repeat customer for life. You can tell they take pride in the property. From how well the place is decorated to how plush and comfortable the furniture and beds are. The view from the balcony is the cherry on top. With plush outdoor setting you can take in the city scape……

“This property was exactly what we needed for our Mardi Gras stay. This kids had their own bedrooms and baths. Well situated, easy to get to. It’s not the most luxurious place, but the pricing also does reflect that. We will definitely be back! ”
