this is a very inexpensive motel and so when I say it is excellent, I mean for the price. If you want to spend a lot of money on where you’re staying then you’ll expect a lot more. If you just want a decent clean room and a good location on the north side of Chicago then this is a great cheap option.

My room was clean, all the amenities worked. For the price I paid, it served me well. Stayed only two nights, no loud noises. The AC was perfect though! Kept the room nice and cool.

The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly! But when we asked for more towels they didn't provide us with more because they didn't have hither they said, they limited the clean towels i didn't like that, other than that it was great.

The room was clean and adequate for one night. Overall Id give it three stars. The bed was comfortable, it was not expensive or flashy. But it got the job done and I really like that it was clean!!

I stayed two nights. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. Pillows were flat, but stacking them helped. Shower was clean and the water was nice and hot. All amenities in the room were clean and worked as well. I saw a few makeup spots on the bathroom wall, the door had a handprint. I came from California and would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chicago.

I love how clean the room is... it's well-organized, too. There's a parking spot—which is fantastic, especially in Chicago—and the staff is available at all times. The air conditioning works very well.

Very nice and simple. Good price for the amount of time we stayed. We did find a few bugs (ants, spiders, etc) on the walls and behind microwave. None in bed. Pillows were very thin, sheet and a thin blanket was given. staff was helpful. had to pay a $100 down deposit.
