“Ok so this listing is advertised as being “in the downtown area” so you would assume it to be in a nice neighborhood. But it is not. The neighborhood is full of boarded up houses and vagrant people just walking around constantly. Also the host advertised that this location slept 3 people and had a “pull out bed” in the living room sofa, neither were true no extra bedding for the 3rd guest he slept with no cover. “I stayed at this home while I was relocating to the Charlotte area. Everything about the home was so welcoming and comfortable. The hosts gave excellent instructions re check in , the furnishings are so pretty and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything I needed. It is in an excellent location, close to the revitalized downtown Mainstreet Morrisville and the surrounding Lake Norman communities. I throughly enjoyed my time exploring the Lake Norman area! ”
