"The room had a bad odor. The breakfast was wonderful"

"Room was clean, great access to I-85 and local shopping. Breakfasttime (in front of hotel) was wonderful. Did not use breakfast buffet as it only had eggs, biscuits and waffles. NO MEAT offered (except possible sausage gravy it appeared). Was missing 3 bulbs between two lights. Water pressure was a little low, so it shower head missing a few of the tiny rubber orifices made a big difference (dribbled). Good food close by, even grabbed a couples massage next door! Some of the staff were more helpful than others."

"I booked my double bed room over a month in advance and they gave it away to someone else for a higher price because it was a Nascar weekend. So I guess that means that booking on this app is essentially useless. Sucks being in another state and without a room. The best they could offer me was a single bed “suite” which left me sleeping on an air mattress all weekend. The room was also half dirty, mix matched furniture, bathroom sink faucet was loose. Not to mention the curtains had so many large gaps it lit the entire room up. Seriously don’t waste your time staying here or booking ahead. I also stayed here for a few months back in 2023 when I was in town working and this place is still full of crap"

"The cottage was clean and well equipped! It is within walking distance to a lovely town and has a walking path close by too. Kitchen and washer drier were great. The beds were not very comfortable in our opinion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others."

"Loved the evening staff and cleanliness. Pool and gym times are amazing for our work schedule as we travel. The morning staff was not as friendly as the nighttime- specifically Ms Karen who was wonderful. The coffee machine was delicious, keep this please. The cleanest hotel by far that we’ve stayed at in the area from Kannapolis to Concord. The breakfast was ok- but the staff very loud videos while we tried talking over coffee and the eggs were way too runny to try to eat. But overall great hotel, and we will be staying here from now on."
