"This property failed to meet even basic standards of care and cleanliness. Valet parking is required, and my vehicle was damaged while in their custody on the first day of my stay. Management refused to accept responsibility, declined to provide surveillance footage, and relied on their own internal determination to deny liability. I am now forced to pursue the matter through their insurance. Additionally, we discovered a dried blood stain on the underside of the mattress cover, indicating that bedding was not properly cleaned or replaced between guests. When reported, the response from the front desk was dismissive, and no action was taken until we personally located housekeeping the following day. The lack of accountability, urgency, and sanitation is unacceptable, especially at this price point. "

"I am very disappointed in this hotel! The hotel was very nice but I got robbed right after leaving to Coachella from my room. All they took from my room was my purses and wallets. It seems it was someone that was watching me and my cousin. I think it was an inside job. When we went to the front desk to report it they didn’t seem surprised and did not want to show me any footage around the time my purses got stolen stating they don’t had any security. I did call the police and file a police report on the incident. So if anyone stays here please don’t leave any of your personal belongings here as they can rob your stuff. "

"The TV didn't work. The room had no air conditioning, the put a swamp cooler in there. We left for a few hours, when we came back to the room it smelled awful like trash, from the swamp cooler. We had to stay in that room until the next day, until a room came available "
