“This was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a place. First, the day before your trip starts they make you sign an extensive rental agreement essentially saying that they won’t refund you no matter what. But it’s the day before your trip so it’s not like I had time to rebook anywhere else. Then, they make you pick up the key at a separate office and then they do not provide gps directions to the house - they text you incredibly confusing directions that you’re supposed to read while...
