“Great water pressure and bed was firm, which I like. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Good sized refrigerator.”

“This is under new ownership/management. They are working hard to upgrade. I stayed 2 nights. There are a few people who are temporarily staying long term, but it’s quiet and friendly. Overall, the room was nice, with TV, refrigerator, no freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, and safe. The space where the toilet sits is a little tight. (Probably built in the 50’s, but very clean and well kept.) ”

“The management is very attentive to their guests. All who worked there were friendly. I have stayed at other Wyndams, US and Canada. This Wyndam had the cleanest rooms, bathrooms although the parking lot needs a bit of eye appeal. Great stay!”

“The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. ”

“We were in town for a wedding at Meeker’s Venue. This location is excellent. Less than 5minute drive to quaint downtown area. Meeker’s is less than 10 minutes. House is historic but beautifully restored. Very quiet location. Local ice cream stand within a couple blocks was nice treat. Does have steeper stairs to second level but this is common in older homes. Doug and Karin could not be nicer more hospitable hosts. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
