“Very spacious and clean. Living room with full kitchen, multiple balconies, fantastic view as in courtyard. Convenient location, near restaurants, cathedrals and everything. The little craft beer bar just besides it got great beers. ”

“Very disappointing experience, especially with the incorrect room assignment. We arrived at night and were given a room assignment. Security informed us that the room had no access code, so we contacted the host. I was then told that the room we had booked had actually been assigned to someone else. Despite knowing this, the host still sent us to the room. We went upstairs only to find the door locked with no way to enter, so we had to come back downstairs. We waited for almost an hour at……

“This is for apartment 48B - I sent my flight information to the management team well in advance letting them know my arrival time. They didn't leave the key with the Yoo staff and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to bring it to me (9pm). I booked a 9 day stay, bought groceries, and discovered the oven wasn't working. Management told me to use a long handled light to ignite the gas stove!!! I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that. They sent someone over to look at it and he……

“It was a charming property and the check in staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean but there was a musty smell in the bedroom and the air conditioning was very loud. I suppose because it is an older property.”
