Comfortable, Spacious House

We loved our stay here! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the downstairs rec room for hanging out with our Durango relatives.

Awesome stay . Will do it again

The property is so well maintained and has so many features. Kids had blast with Fuseball , board games , Multiple TVs , according to them : was best vacation ever.

Durango Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 1 child. The only exception was that is was located next to a major highway and you heard highway noise all the time day and night. Had I known this I would have picked a property off the road where you could open windows and enjoyed the sound of nature.

Great family house!

We came to Durango to celebrate my Grandma’s 93rd bday. There was not enough room at her place, so my sister and my family stayed at Durango West. It was perfect for the 8 of us. 4 adults, and 4 kids ranging from 8,5,2 & 10 months. The kids loved the game room downstairs, and all the toys that they had there. It was enough room inside and outside for them to run around. The rental company did a great job at addressing the small problems we had. (Keurig not working- so it was replaced, and dog door not locking). And checking in with us to make sure everything was going great. It was easy to check in and out, the place was clean and everything went great! Would love to rent this again next time we come into town. Thank you!

A few issues

We LOVED the house and the neighborhood and the town. Everything was perfect, but on night two the toilet clogged and everything from every drain in the hosue went into the bathtub creating a foul smell for two days. We could not take showers, laundry or do the dishes as we needed to use the toilets and that was causng the tub to fill with waste. It was just unfortunate and with full days on the slopes and one pregnant woman the showers were very much needed and not available. The company was VERY responsive and did do what they could to get us back up and going just made for a rough 2 days.

Christmas 2023

We chose to make a family trip to the mountains instead of gifts and we had a blast! There was 9 of us, the living room upstairs is a little small for a large group so we hung out downstairs and it worked great. The refrigerator had quit working before we got there and they worked on it but could get it going so that made meal preparation a little difficult. Setting food in the garage it would freeze so we just shopped day by day. The neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet and friendly neighbors. Thanks for the great space for a great family gathering.

Delightful

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was an issue with the housekeeping. They showed up at 4:00 as we were checking in. They were there for over an hour but the master downstairs was still covered in what seemed to be drywall dust and we had to wash all the linens ourselves. Also, the queen bed upstairs was very uncomfortable. All that said, it was still so much better than renting a hotel. The owners were very responsive when I had questions. And despite the problem with the downstairs master, the rest of the house was clean. It was also nice that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook a meal. It was a delightful stay.

Great property for large families and groups

We absolutely loved the house, decor and location. The only downside was the road noise from HWY 160 when sitting outside in the backyard. However, the noise was not so noticeable when inside.

Even nicer than it appears in the pictures

I would highly recommend this home. It was spacious - even sprawling perhaps. There was plenty of common space and the bedrooms were all nice. We used three of the bedrooms and the desk in the fourth bedroom also got used. We took advantage of the second six-seater table to set up a game that we played throughout the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked. Not only were the basics like cooking oil and spice there, there was also some leftover butter and ice cream and a bunch of dry staples such as pancake mix and spaghetti. The fenced in yard was complete and we were able to leave our dog at the house while we went off and did things during the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay in Durango

The house is great, well equipped, clean and large enough that 8 of us weee very comfortable. Property management was proactive in reaching out to make sure our stay was going great and responded Quito questions. Would highly recommend.
