Staff was courteous but the room we got initially was terrible. There were no shelves or dressers to put clothes in and the shower did not work. They moved us to a nicer room for an upcharge. The whole thing seemed like something they do to people so they will ask for a more expensive room

My room was clean, staff were nice and attentive. Room service came everyday and made sure my room was kept stocked. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to try all the restaurants but enjoyed the food I was able to try. I was a little upset that excursions had to be bought separately, but overall I enjoyed my stay. I got a massage, got my hair braided and went horse back riding(all activities were separate from the hotel & can be arranged at the beach) I also had fresh coconut/coconut juice & mango with tajin from the local fruit vendor at the beach.

This was my second time at Indah and it was AMAZING again. The pools are rarely crowded and have stunning views of the ocean and whales. The restaurant’s food and drinks were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff was so helpful and kind, especially Gustavo whose attentiveness and service went above and beyond. I will be back for a third stay!
