Ideally positioned just a short walk to the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, the popular Sea Point Promenade, and De Waterkant with its cobbled streets and colourful homes. Just a 10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The building features a communal pool terrace with amazing views, high-end security access control, and secure covered parking. The Space: Experience style an comfort in this stunning apartment with a spacious open plan living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen , that is perfect for whipping up a delicious home cooked meal to share with friends & family in the dining table with enough seating for four. The Kitchen and dinning area connects to a spacious lounge area with a comfortable couch and a plasma Tv that's perfect for enjoying a movie night, or binge watching your favourite shows after a day about the town. Wind down and relax in the in one of the two bedrooms. The master is furnished with a comfy King Size bed, ample cupboard space, a TV for private viewing and a dedicated work desk that's perfect for catching up on some work while enjoying the serene views on Signal Hill. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower over bath.
