"Beautiful house in a very nice location with very friendly hosts. We came up to move our daughter out of UVM dorm and then we used it as our jumping off point to Shelburn and, of course, downtown Burlington. We arrived on the later side and our host offered to drive me downtown to meet my wife so that we would not miss our dinner reservations. The space is very clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are amazing!"

"I came here to spend Christmas with my daughter and we had a wonderful. The space is beautifully renovated with plenty of room and a nice kitchen to make Christmas dinner. The location is great - close to downtown and right near some athletic parks where the dogs enjoyed playing. We hope to come back."

"This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. "We came up for the eclipse and this house was perfect. The rear deck faces South so it got great sunlight (or lack of sun during totality haha) and the weather held up. Everything was communicated clearly and thoroughly via Evolve. No issues with getting to the property or checking in. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. Well appointed kitchen and great heated mud room to dry up snow and wetness."

"Really nice space at an affordable price. Kitchen and game room were awesome, check-in/out super easy. Longer drive to Stowe than we thought because Smuggler's Notch was closed. Master bedroom shower faucet was out but hopefully that's been fixed."

The location is perfectly situated between Waterbury and Stowe Village, and only about 30 minutes from Mount Mansfield. The homeowner is very responsive, which is always appreciated. "The property is located outside of Stowe, about 15 mins to Stowe Mountain Resort. There are great views of the valley looking down into Stowe. The house size worked well for our party of 4 and a dog.
