“The place was very clean and versatile. Great location and felt safe. Property management service was excellent. Although offered for up to 13 people, I think it is not for more than 9. We were 10 (6 children) and one had to sleep on a sofa (that was not a sofa bed).”

“My daughter and I stayed at this property in March 2025. We found it comfortable, as described and clean. Loved having a washer/dryer combo! The view is nice- it’s the lake! It’s convenient to get on the subway a couple blocks over, there is a little grocery store right next door, and getting into the building is a breeze. (There are dogs in the building-just FYI)Overall, a great place for a stay in Chicago! ”

Theaters are within easy walking distance, and there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store downstairs and a CTA station nearby. The host gave clear and prompt directions for entry to the property.Great place to use as a base to explore Chicago.”
