“Amazing hotel”

“Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.”

“Muriel at the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous, wonderful historic art deco building right on Michigan Ave., great location and views, really nice, spacious and clean room. Chateau Carbide on the 24th floor is definitely worth checking out, nice cozy areas to hang out, sit on a couch and have a drink while enjoying great views of the city. We also got a free ride from the hotel to the Shedd Aquarium.”

“The location is convenient to McCormick Place, the room bed is very comfortable, and the Starbucks and Chinese hot pot store is just on the first floor, it as at home.”

“The room was great and clean , there was a toilet issue but the staff members gladly were readily available to fix it all ! The amenities including the hot tub, and pool as well as the in room service breakfast was 5/5 . Would absolutely stay here again .”

“We were in town for a wedding and are very happy we chose the Fairmont. We stayed in a renovated room/floor. The room was clean and comfortable, shower was amazing. All staff were pleasant and attentive, especially Tamara in the Gold Lounge. She is incredibly personable and treated my husband and I like old friends. Definitely would stay again. ”
