"Place was nice and was clean for the most part. Kitchen had plenty of things to cook breakfast and things. The only real problem was we have 6 people in our family and there was as a blow up mattress however it would not stay up though the night. My seven year old 40 lb daughter slept on it and every morning she was on the floor. There is no way 2 people could have slept on that mattress. I even asked about it because I read other reviews and was told it had been replaced but it was not."

"This rental was great! It is up in the mountains which allows for a much more relaxing environment. The home was spacious and well layed out. Close enough to get into town and to activity within 10 minutes or so. Will definitely book again on future visits"

"The property manager, Ruby, was excellent and expedited all our requests. It is in a good location to easily get to all the attractions, but the area is a bit run down. The property is older and needs a lot of attention. However, it was a great value for the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen."

"We enjoyed coming home to the condo each evening after a long busy day. We visited Cherokee, NC: Clingman’s Dome: Gatlinburg and attended numerous shows and dinner shows. Dollywood was amazing. Jack was an amazing contact when we had difficulties and worked diligently to make our stay the best it could be. Very personable and professional."

"We have stayed at the Summit before. This specific unit is excellent. Clean, which is a priority. This unit is as advertised. 2 adults and 2 kids ages 15 and 10. Perfect amount of space for us. The pool is a nice spot to cool off. We actually spent tye majority of our day hours poolside. The winding roads up arent bad but we have stayed in the area before and knew what to expect. I would recommend .....the views from this area are outstanding."
