“Our room was clean, beds a little too soft for us bathroom light had bulb burnt out didn’t specify parking was $25 a night we still had to pay full price for breakfast buffet even though it closed early wasn’t able to go back for more food and the coffee tasted burnt ”

“Room smell old and pricier, cheap furnitures and staff do not care your concern, no breakfrearst included, ”

“It was ok for one night before our cruise. Looks like this was a Motel 6 location that is independent now. The property is tired but functional. The room had a nice view of the Harbor and Maritime museum, but there was a lot of street noise. Room itself was clean but tired. Ok for one night. ”

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“In the last few Month's i have rented rooms here quite a bit. The Hotel is okay but one Front Desk Clerk lately has been quite rude and unprofessional in that all of a sudden with my past two rentals he started demanding a $100.00 deposit that was never asked for the several times before i rented a room and he demands it in a most unfriendly and hostile way which for a business that is suppose to be Hospitable he make's you feel anything but welcome. The only reason i pick this Hotel is because……

“Front desk staff owner i guess very rude bad attitude staff was very tight with giving us towels counting towels before they would even give us clean ones not nice at all room very old bed broken tables chipped ”

“The ones are clean. The rooms were in decent shape. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.”
