“Room was clean and the staff fast. ”

“The gentleman at the front desk was great, he let me check in early at 145pm or so despite official check in time is 3pm. The room we got was a king bed room. It was neat and tidy, very basic bare bones kind of room. No bedside lamps, no shampoo or conditioners. No kettle or microwave. There was ample small bars of soap provided. Less used places was a bit dusty though, like the headboard ledge, the little open cubbies on the side tables and desk. But it didnt bother us too much since we didnt……

“The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.”

“ The room is small, and very noisy, the bed is sinking , the air con is also very noisy, close to the traffic, staff not so friendly, I will not stay there or recommend to anyone, never”

“從這家旅館要到迪士尼真的相當的近，但希望旅館可以印製一張用走路就可以到的地圖，我跟我朋友是用步行，但旅館櫃檯當時直接給我們開車的地圖，指引我們用走的，所以因此走了30分鐘，才到迪士尼！！！！！以這樣的價格來說，房間設備算都有齊全，整潔度佳，可是他的冷氣位置剛好在床的正側方，所以睡覺時會有點吵，跟不舒服。但是大致上來說很不賴，可是請櫃台人員在指引迪士尼方向時，請報 “ 從旁邊停車場徒步走行人區，在轉接駁 ” ，謝謝。”
