“Just what we needed for a couple of nights while in Frankfort for a family event. Great price! Older apartment buildings, this building was in the front part of complex, our parking lot had out of state license plates, I believe other buildings were long term rentals. Inside was updated, we would stay again.”

“The rental was as advertised! GPS did take us to a different parking lot, but we easily navigated to the correct building based on unit number. The king bed was very comfortable and the entire rental was extremely clean!! Bathroom was a little small, but that is to be expected in a condo. There was plenty of parking. You could tell the neighborhood/complex was an older establishment when you drove up, but it was a nice part of town, and the area was quiet. The owners did a nice job on the inside...

“Serenity Place is a swanky and cozy condo in such a great location to downtown. We had no shortage of options of places to walk and things to do as the condo is right across from a plaza where they have live music on Thursday and a farmers market on Saturday. “This flat was bright and sunny with decent spaces. The bathroom was spacious. Very basic stock of kitchen supplies - but who wants to cook when you are surrounded by so many great restaurants within walking distance!”
