“Yes Dan was very welcoming, what stood out the most was the terrible weather while we were there. A foot of snow and cold. Dan helped make the stay enjoyable still. Snow was removed quickly. Dan went out of his way to get us a firestick so that we could watch an important bowl game. The ranch house was comfortable with everything you needed to stay for 18 days.”
