"The hotel staff was great and they had a complimentary happy hour going on when we arrived. The breakfast had plenty of options with made from scratch omelets. The pool was nice, but had a bad echo, which would have been ok if there weren’t 15-20 kids in the pool playing."

"The layout and size of the rooms are the strong qualities. The breakfast was chaotic b/c it was very crowded and difficult to get to the food and there were lines waiting for the next batches to come out. I stayed 6 nights but my room was straightened up with fresh towels only once. There was a guy behind the bar at breakfast who looked like he worked there, but when I asked if he could prepare a cafe mocha, he rudely informed me that he didn’t know how to work the espresso machine. I don’t think that I will stay at this Hyatt Place again. Lots of negative vibes. "
