“Rooms were wonderful. Bed was great. Breakfast in morning was good. Great spot close to whiskey row and restaurants. The clerk who checked us in could have been more helpful. Do not use parking garage if you have a truck or big suv.”

“2nd time staying here for a Bengals game. Last year our experience was wonderful. That’s one reason we came back this year and stayed at the same hotel. This year not as much, changes to polices and operations not only made the stay less desirable but also must be having an impact on employees. Our first night there we were treated as a burden at the bar using our two free drink coupons they give you. If we come back to the area again we will most likely be trying a new spot.”
