“Right in downtown Shelton, The Shelton Inn is a cozy quaint hotel that is attached to Blondies Diner. The rooms are clean, the bathroom accommodates all your needs and the added touch of the Victrola/ Bluetooth speaker is a nice added touch.”

I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
