“Staff was excellent, rooms were as advertised and location is great. Would go there again!”

“Great hotel, however it is an older property, the access to the casino was nice.”

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. “Staff was informative. Room was clean. Was a quick overnighter, so didn’t use any amenities.”

“There was a lady that treated me horribly because I was given the wrong information the night before by the front desk on when breakfast opened. She was really rude and then told me to get away from her like I was going to attack her. Not going back.”

“房间香味剂太浓了。”

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”
