“Completed online verification failed the 1st time was able to retry and it passed. Then received text from host asking me to send pics of my ID front and back, credit card front and back, take a selfie with the two cards and sign my name on a piece of paper. I did this and it was approved by host, but I got several texts asking me to do that whole process again. Check in was 4 pm. At 4:40 I still had not received the key code to get into the room. I messaged through Expedia, VRBO, text message,……

“The stay was great. Only hiccup was that we didn’t get the door code prior to arriving, however, we got a quick response (even at our 1am arrival) with the code to get in. Everything else was amazing! The property was beautiful.”
