The Welcome by the front desk was excellent and so warm. She greeted us and took us on a tour of the surprising and beautiful grounds! An 18 hole putting course and pickleball courts!!! We had a great stay!

This will be my go-to stay while in the Healdsburg area. Breakfast was delicious and inventive and the facilities were fabulous -- putting green, pickleball, pool -- all while in a quiet area of town. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms were thoughtfully appointed, avoiding microplastics in cups and bottles. About a 20 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

We had a great time at The Ruse. This was the best stay we had on our California road trip! Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The groundskeeper, both front desk workers, and chef for breakfast specially went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful place, very well appointed. Great staff and the breakfast was fantastic. We were there during very rainy weather but plan to come back to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.
