Escape to our stunning lakefront retreat, the perfect getaway for families or groups seeking relaxation and fun. Our spacious three-level house boasts breathtaking open-lake views from all levels, including balconies on the first and second floors, each with two swings to enjoy the view in comfort.

Inside, you'll find an incredible game room; outside, we have plenty of water toys for all ages. With three living areas, four bedrooms, and one flexible bunk space, there's room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the lake life. Guests with boats can take advantage of the dedicated boat slip just for you.

We provide plenty of amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay, including six kayaks, a water mat, SUP, and life jackets, all available right by the water for your convenience. High-speed Wi-Fi and HDTVs in the living areas and bedrooms, along with four arcade games with over 30 titles, a pool table, and an air hockey table in the basement provide endless entertainment options.

We've taken care of all the details, so you can pack light and enjoy your stay worry-free. Linens and towels are provided at no extra cost, and all rooms have ceiling fans and sound machines for your comfort.

If you need to stock up on groceries or other essentials, a Dollar General is conveniently located just five minutes away, and Food Lion is only 15 minutes away.

Excellent and Restful place for a Large Family Group
We all had a fantastic stay at Group Therapy. While the weather didn't cooperate we had lots of activities we could do in the ample indoor space while enjoying the AMAZING views. The boat dock was fantastic as well. My 18' Bayliner had lots of room (plenty of space for a larger one) with lots of cleats to tie down and keep secure on windy days. Of course the dock and the deck on top of the boat house had tons of space and seating to enjoy when the weather got warm enough (April can be hit or miss) The host was very responsive with questions. Would definitely book again in the future.

GREAT STAY HOUSE
What can I say, everything was great but the weather, and owner stay was to short, but the next trip will be longer, only bad thing was one of the arcade game, the car racing game, everyone want to play, but may have been broke, still had great time playing the other ones. I would like to thank the host for letting us share their home with us. AGAIN EVERYTHING THING WAS GREAT!!!!!!!!!

Walking into the house was exactly how pictured. It was so warm and cozy that we all wish the stay was longer or didn't have to leave. We all enjoyed the more than enough space, fishing, the fire pit, and also the fully stocked kitchen that supplied all our needs (included the extra fridge in the game room. We all would like to rebook later this year. Thank you for the peaceful stay!

Best Lake
As grandparents we love to love on our children and grands. This was the perfect place for us. Housing 3 couples 6 children 4-12. Cousy eat in kitchen for most of us. Plenty of seating. Great beds. The basement with old school video games pool table. What more could. you want. COLD A/C. New dock Kayaks. Best rental experience ever!!! Do not hesitate to bring a big family. So much to do. Would have booked for additional days if kids didn't have school.

Great house…even better location!
This house was perfect for our family and our annual Labor Day lake trip. It was conveniently located on the lake and had an abundance of on-site water “toys” and activities to keep us busy when not on the water. We loved the house and highly recommend it as some of the “shortcomings” are far exceeded by the benefits the house provides. There was great communication throughout the process. While the house design is a bit older (smaller rooms and gathering spaces) it has been kept updated and well appointed and makes very good use of the space. The eat-in kitchen is “tight” and the kitchen area is quite small. Just something to be aware of for those who have the culinary experience as part of their trip. We made it work but it is a bit small and challenging for our crowd of 10. The downstairs game, TV and activity area is phenomenal for both kids and adult kids. Plenty to do for all ages. The TV room was nice for watching the college football games. The location of the house was a definite asset. We rented a boat and the ease of getting to/from the marina as well as accessing the lake itself was incredibly easy which allowed us to maximize our time in and on the water.

We had a great trip here spending most of our time on the dock and with all the kayaks and water toys the owners provide access to. Close enough to marina and stores to pick up items you need, but enough space to feel like you have your own slice of lake.

The house is lovely, spacious, well equipped and has lots to do. My kids begged to stay longer! The hammock chairs were great for relaxing on the dock & there were a lot of things available to use in the water. Also it was an added bonus that there is an EV charging plug in the car port. The host was very responsive.

This is a super fun place to enjoy your family and relax. This is the first place we have stayed where the host has thought of everything you need to enjoy your stay. The water area is terrific and lots of fun kayaking, paddle boarding, peddle boating and swimming. It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend for everyone.

Group Therapy exceeded our expectations - beautiful, very family friendly and so clean! The owners have really thought of everything you may need and go above and beyond for you. Teresa even ordered a highchair to be delivered on the day of our arrival after I asked about one! This saltwater loving family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our first lake trip and are already talking about returning!

Family and Friends Fourth Festival of Fun
We had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home and ideal location. We could have all laid on the "lilypad" and been rocked to sleep by the waves if we only had more time. :). The morning's on the balcony with coffee and that view were so peaceful and enjoyable. Our Ladies and even us grumpy men believe that whoever thought to add the black hammock chairs on the dock must be a genius. It made for a great afternoon nap. The wraparound dock bumpers gives great piece of mind for tying up your boat. But all in all would highly recommend this beautiful destination home to any and all. You will leave after wishing you had more time.

My wife and daughter were in Fla. for a volleyball tournament and our other daughter and son wanted to go to LKG and we had a great stay. The weather was not the best but that did not hamper our visit at all. The house was perfect, location could not have been better. Really enjoyed the get away and Eric and Teresa were the best!!
