At this family getaway condo there is everything you need to enjoy yourself and feel at home. The master has a luxurious king set up. The 2nd bdrm has a bunk bed with a twin, full, and trundle option. The couches are comfy and include a queen sleeper. There is a closet full of beach supplies and baby accommodations(gate, booster chair, playpen). With two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a private balcony you are sure to enjoy the spaciousness of this home. Two couples and up to 5 children can sleep comfortably here. The gated pool is huge and has foot showers and plenty of lounge chairs. The pool is also partially shaded. There are two massive playground areas and several BBQ and picnic areas to cookout with the family. The condo is only 5 min to local's favorite beach, Folly Field Beach(it has the best parking), and you will find 3 other beaches on your way to Coligney Beach Center. One mile to Fish Haul Beach Park for a serene sunset stroll.

Worst VRBO Experience Ever
Pulling up to the neighborhood was a culture shock and not what you would have expected for Hilton Head. The outside is very run down and rough. The building looks like a Motel and the overall structure looks very unsafe and outdated. Pictures of the outside of the building were not in the listing. Entering the apartment was a bit of a hassle also, but we were able to get in contact with the owner for further instructions. Once inside, we immediately realized the condo was not cleaned from the last stay and we were completely skeeved out at what we saw. We contacted the owner and she replied with "omg, im going to fire my cleaning lady" which was not the response we expected. We were upset that we had to wait on the couch for over an hour at 8pm after a 6 hour ride for a cleaning person to come clean the bathrooms and bedrooms so we could at least go to sleep. When the cleaning lady arrived she let herself in using the door code without even knocking which presented an unsettling feeling for the entire weekend. I demanded that the owner contact me immediately and told her I was very dissatisfied. I told her we did not want to stay there and I wanted a refund. She did not contact me for almost an hour and advised me that the only accommodations she deemed appropriate were to allow the cleaning lady to come in that night and the next day to clean the home. She was very quick to put the blame on the cleaning service instead of taking responsibility for the property that she rents for income. My family and I did not expect to pay so much money to have a stranger coming in and out for half of our stay while we were trying to relax. Here is part of the owners response to me regarding my concerns: "I live 5 plus hrs away from this condo and do not see it in person very often. We do not normally have an issue with the condo being clean when guests arrive. I am fixing the problem with the cleaning promptly. I completely understand that this is the last thing you planned on dealing with after a day of travel. I would encourage you to stay after the cleaning is done. It is not surprising that the entire condo is dirty seeing as it wasn't cleaned after the last guest. Not every guest makes sure to be tidy during their stay." As someone who works in customer service I definitely expected more. Not to mention, the closet in the kids bedroom is riddled with black mold so a 2 bedroom quickly turned into one. I would not recommend this property to anybody.

Great getaway
Overall a great property. Didn't realize it was top floor, so a lot of stairs. However the condo was large enough to fit a large group. Beautiful master. Easy to get in contact with host. Quiet and relaxing.

It was ok
We were on the top floor of the condo so 4 flights of stairs and no elevator. My mother is disabled so it was very difficult getting her up and down. There were so little things like the tub didn’t drain unless it was being held down. The toilet didn’t flush unless you held the handle down for a very long time. There was trash in some places, and a mat of hair in the bathroom that was missed by the cleaning. The cooler that we used I had to clean out because it was filthy. But on the plus side the beds were super comfy and my girls loved that they had toys there.

Not a safe place to stay!
This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a bad review for any of my vacations. The place is very old and not safe. Balcony is definitely about to fall off the back of the third floor unit!! Not safe at all to even walk out the door. Front steps are also not safe. Nails are pulling apart from the building and wobble when you walk down them. Bathtub near master bedroom is clogged with something and won’t drain. The other bathroom isn’t much better because the shower has very little pressure and it’s freezing just trying to get washed and rinsed off. Also the bath rugs were nasty dirty. The view out the back balcony is of a creek full of trash. It’s also very loud at night and you can hear the neighbors walking through the walls. We ended up leaving a day early.

We booked this condo when we realized that that my father’s timeshare wasn’t available. Overall we had a great time. Of course there are always pluses and minuses everywhere. The condo is indeed upstairs on the third floor. We had three generations in our group, so this was an issue for my elderly father who recently developed some medical problems. The remainder of the family was fine, and we thought that the tree in the middle of the landings was awesome! Once inside there is another (and steep) stairway to the bedrooms. I recommend that a handrail to be installed. The location was great since it is close to the airport, beaches and stores. The toilet seat in the half bathroom downstairs was broken when we arrived, but we were able to make it work. We found the staff and neighbors to be friendly. Overall we all agreed to give a four out of five rating with a very good recommendation.

Several issues with this property.. back door blinds fell down, poor A/C upstairs, needs better cleaning, bad location, and more. Also, the pool at the complex was disgusting so no pool time!

Nice convenient get-a-way
We had booked this rather last minute and totally enjoyed our stay! It was clean, cute and convenient! It is located by the airport and we had no issues with noise! We had a issue at check in due to a late delayed flight and the property manager responded very quickly to help us! She was Great! It is up two flights of stairs, which was not an issue for us! We had a Great time! Thanks for everything!

Just bring your clothes
This place was a fantastic start with my brood (six year old, three year old, and five month old). You literally don't need anything. There's a sun shade, rolling cooler, swimmies, baby toys, water shoes, high chair, baby beach chair, adult beach chairs, beach towels, and more. The kids loved the bunk/ trundle bed and the king bed was super comfy. The two flights of stairs to get in are a pain, as well as the flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms so anyone not prepared or able to climb them should make note. Otherwise, it was perfect.

If you cannot do stairs this is not the place for you. There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo on the 3rd floor because there is resident parking underneath the 2nd floor. The pool area was nice but couldn't swim first day because it was full of debris. The condo was clean and tidy but older and a little out dated. Smaller in space than what was shown in pictures. Microwave was on top of refrigerator due to limited counter space in kitchen. Half bath not conducive to tall people. Very tight and cramped space between sink & commode. However, the master bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. There was thick carpet on steps leading to secong floor, which unfortunately caused me to lose my footing and I fell down the stairs. Also, no handrail on the wall so there was nothing to grab onto to keep from falling. Spent last 2 days of my stay in bed due to injury sustained to right knee.

Secluded Hilton Head Condo
Great condo away from the main roads of the island but still an easy drive to the beaches and other island activities. The complex is located near the airport, but otherwise very quiet. Condo was well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. There is a washer & dryer in the condo on the second floor, which made doing laundry very convenient. Owner was great answering any questions and responded quickly when we had a small problem on our first day. Altogether very happy with our stay.

I am a hotel consultant, l traveling a lot and I love staying in places like these, I am very detailed about everything, I loved this place for its cleanliness and organization in its category of being places that are renovated I would rate it from 1 to 5 with 4 easy to recommend ,And I say this because I lived in Hilton Head for a long time and I know these places very well.
