Fabulous location, blocks to the lake, adjacent to Ward Creek Park and a short walk to the public beach at Hurricane Bay, Sunnyside Restaurant and West Shore Café.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with new appliances (electric range, dishwasher & refrigerator), automatic Chemex, French press, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender stocked and stocked with dishes, pots/pans, spices, foil, plastic wrap, Dutch over, Tupperware & more.

Full Size washer & dryer in home, Nest thermostats, high speed WIFI, two HD TV's with Hulu & Netflix access.

Back yard with a private deck, outdoor dining and new BBQ grill overlooks greenbelt and a seasonal creek. A rare blend of old-world charm & modern luxury.
