"This is indeed a nice, quiet riverfront home. It's about 20 minutes from Cottage Grove, and the drive there is gorgeous. Great internet speed, so you shouldn't have any cellphone issues if you have wifi calling enabled on your phone. It has all the amenities that you'd need for a longer-term stay: full kitchen, full laundry, full bathroom. "We chose this property because of its' proximity to Willamette Pass ski area. It is a modern home with modern conveniences. Being able to park in the garage was super handy. It kept snow off the car and gave us an opportunity to load and unload the car out of the weather. The same could be said for a summer trip to the Odell lake. Communication was good with the prooerty owner. Definite pride of ownership."
