Keep your expectations low
Making a reservation and transport arrangements were easy enough, but the actual stay left a lot to be desired.
First off - the AC unit in the room seemed too underpowered for the room dimensions. We never even had to use our blankets when sleeping - it was that hot.
Next, there were no amenities in the room itself. Sure, bottled water was provided, but only two bottles. I booked and paid for three people staying in the room. In addition, there was no refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee, etc. in the room. Also, for the amount I paid for, including the extra person charge, you'd think there would be free breakfast included. But no - not even a single piece of bread. We ended up going out for breakfast daily.
Dental and shower kits provided were just for one person only. Again, given that I booked and paid for three people staying in the room, one would expect three kits to have been provided.
There were also little roaches in the bathroom. Sure, just little roaches, but their presence means that the room wasn't as clean as one would expect for a hotel.
If only it were easy to cancel my stay here and ask for a refund I would have, but since we only found out about the issues once we were already at the hotel, by then it was too late to cancel.
Overall, there are a lot of opportunities for the hotel to improve on. Given my experience, however, I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel in good faith to travelers. Maybe if the hotel improves their standards.
