Aufgrund eines Systemfehlers mussten wir den Aufenthalt ein zweites Mal bezahlen, was bereits sehr ärgerlich war. Nachdem wir schließlich die Schlüsselkarte erhalten hatten und das Zimmer öffnen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass sich noch mehrere fremde Personen im Zimmer befanden, die dort einfach geblieben waren. Diese wurden erst später vom Reinigungspersonal aus dem Zimmer geschickt.
