"Very convenient to the beach and in the middle of town. the hotel has great deck decks with hammocks and a pool.
The town was more expensive than we expected, but it is mostly a tourist town so that's to be expected. We'll definitely come back if we can."

"What a great resort! The staff and the foos is amazing! A family of two adults and a 12 year old and 16 year old found this place to be amazing. We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts over the years and I would place this one at the top. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is bar none some of the best food we ever had. We are kind of food snobs and EVERYTHING we had was top notch. We ate at all but one of the restaurants and our favorite being the French restaurant. Take about 50$ in singles and 150 in 5s and tip everyone you can. They work hard and they deserve the extra $. I felt safe at the resort but I wouldn't wonder outside the resort. The pools were nice but we preferred the quiet pool compared to the activity pool but that's our preference. To put this in comparison we have stayed at Breezes and multiple secret resorts as well as Paradisus and with kids this is a no brainer. The beach is nice but the water looks like lake Erie on a bad day, but that is what all of Cancun looks like right now with the sargassum. The staff and the food makes this place top of the line. Thank you for a great week! "

"It was a lovely resort. We had everything we needed. The pools were clean, the food was good and the room were cleaned well and daily. The only drawback was all the seaweed which was not their fault. It was also really scarce the occupancy was low for the time of year and the size of the place. Not sure why it really was great all around. "

"It was modern, clean and we felt super safe. At first I was worried bc there was an alley to get to the town but after talking to people we realized there was nothing to worry about. We walked to town as a family and never once felt worried. The host let us use his chairs to go to the beach, boogie boards and also his cooler. The seaweed season is a little intense but the lobby has a smell good scent throughout. The entire staff at the condo was amazing and so helpful. Our first night we didn’t want to walk to town bc we were so tired so the security gave us the # to a guy who picks up food and delivers it. It was awesome!! Everything was wonderful!! We will definitely come back. "

Could use a deep clean.Would have appreciated a roll of paper towel and dish soap to get us started.Property manager Rodrigo was amazing and extremely attentive and available."

"My wife and I stayed for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was quiet , peaceful and we appreciated this. It is very helpful that you can rent pedal cycles as it is some way from the town. The apartment worked really well for us and we will be owing back."
"if the they had working hot water and wifi, i would give them a 5 star. would have appreciate them cleaning everyday instead of every other. staff were very pleasant, but hit water and wifi was never resolved, and no one came back to us to update us on oroblem"

"We were at a resort and flight was cancelled due to weather at home. We spent two nights at Las Palmas. Very clean and amazing owners. Loved the feel of the quaint town and its residence! Great nearby restaurants. We will be back on our next trip!"

"We stayed at this lovely home in Puntarena for a week. The beds were comfy, it was walkable to the colonial side of Puerto Morelos and to a taxi stand. And the kitchen was nice for cooking. The upper level had a fabulous view toward the ocean and we could see cruise ships at night. We highly recommend this house! "
