It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. “Pleasantly surprised. This looks like a small motel, but is an apartment complex that rents out a few units. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom a separate from the kitchen dining room. Just a few blocks from the beach… and a great beach club. For a low budget trip, this place was just great. The staff did not speak any english but google translate helped to facilitate good communication. ”

Had all the basic amenities we needed, front desk staff were kind and friendly. Our concerns were as follows: broken glass on the pool deck, right where our room was, not cleaned up for 2 days. Water pressure in toilet meat you had to flush 2-3 times to get the bowl to empty. 2 of our 5 days the pool was……

“Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that……

“I got the room I wanted, door had obviously been kicked in before and was badly repaired, showerhead only provided a dribble down the wall staff did try to remedy but I gave up and made due, breakfast was available next door but not until 10:30 am and only on random days, the pool was drained on my 3rd day , staff was great, manager looked at me like I was a criminal and sternly told me rules like I was an irresponsible teen, I'm 67, that said it was a nice quiet stay with a beautiful beach, I……

“It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”
